  AWFUL Customer Service, NOT Professional, we would not recommend to anyone!!
  - Devon the owner was late to the 1st Appt.
  -We were told originally the valve that required being fixed would take 3 days / took 1+ mnth
  -Had to call 3 weeks into job to check on status because we had no contact, was told they were busy and our Phone # was lost. (Devon and the Secretary admitted losing client numbers happens often).
  -Devon hung up on me when I asked about discount because of the issues.
  -1 week after receiving the bill we were called to check on our payment. After we told them it would be sent. We then received threatening text messages from Devon telling us that if we did not get him a check in 2 days he would put a lien on our house.
  TERRIBLE Customer Service, NOT Professional...
  Worst experience ever, avoid Nelson's at all cost!
